We do hope that you are satisfied with your Heart & Home purchase. If however you are not happy then please return your purchase to us within 10 working days of receipt of order with details of why you are returning the item(s). Product(s) must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging to receive an exchange/refund. Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded. Please note that you are responsible for any postage costs connected with the return unless the fault is ours. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued.
If you don’t have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note we can only offer you an online gift voucher to the value of the current selling price. If you have your Heart & Home receipt or delivery note we’ll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to make the original purchase.
If you feel your item(s) are faulty or you have received your item(s) damaged while in transit please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference and a photo(s) of the damage to your item(s). We will investigate and as appropriate make arrangements to replace the damaged item(s).
