Processing your order
Orders are usually processed and despatched within 24 working hours of placing the order and can normally be expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days. Delivery times can however take longer during busier times.
If you are not in when we try to deliver, a card will be left. Please follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not picked up within 3 days it will be returned to us.
At Heart & Home we take great care to ensure that your home fragrance product reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping Costs
- FREE for orders over £30
- £2.50 for orders under £30
- Orders will be delivered Monday – Saturday (except bank and public holidays)
*Delivery is currently only available to the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland.
