How do I join the Loyalty Scheme?
All you need to do is register for a Heart & Home account, you can do this for free by navigating to the My Account icon in the top right corner of your screen next to the Basket icon.Â
How do I earn points?
You get points for signing up, buying products and for participating in special events (we’ll let you know about these!). Just make sure that you are signed in to earn your points!
How many points do I get when I buy products?
Normally you get 10 points for every ÂŁ spent, but watch out for special events where we may multiply the points you earn.
What are my points worth?
500 points can be converted into ÂŁ1 of store credit.
How do I check how many points I have?
Login to and navigate to My Account, then check your balance in the Rewards tab.
How do I redeem my points?
Login and navigate to My Account and convert your points to Store Credit. You can then use Store Credit at the checkout against the value of your order.
Do I have to pay to join Heart & Home rewards?
No, it’s completely free. Just register for an account.
Can I use my points on all products?
Yes!
Can I earn points for previous purchases?
Unfortunately you can only earn points on purchases made since you registered for the Heart & Home Rewards scheme
Will I earn points if I use the discount code?
Yes, you earn points on value of the order total.
