We hope you love your Heart & Home purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- Undamaged and in a resaleable condition
Please include a note with your return stating your order number and the reason for return.
Kindly note:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot issue a refund if the item does not arrive back with us.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, please email us at sales@heartandhome.com within 14 days of receipt. Include:
- Your order reference number
- Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item(s)
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
